Each muslin sachet is filled with pure dried elderflower, a botanical long cherished in traditional European herbalism for both ritual bathing and seasonal care.

Elderflower has historically been associated with gentle warmth, relaxation, and release. In traditional herbal practice, it is best known as a diaphoretic, meaning a  plant used to encourage light perspiration when the body is warm.

 Rather than abruptly suppressing heat, elderflower was traditionally used to support the body’s natural fever process, helping release the heat from a fever.
